'My first home'

The Community of Madrid reaches an agreement with CaixaBank, Santander and Ibercaja for the 'My first home' plan
The objective is to help young people under the age of 35 by making it easier for them to grant up to 95% of the mortgage on their first home.

It was in mid-July when the Governing Council of the Community of Madrid approved an investment of 18 million euros for the My First Home initiative, 50% more than the initially planned budget. Today the agreement with CaixaBank, Santander and Ibercaja to carry it out has been announced.

The objective of the Autonomous Executive is to promote the emancipation of those young people from Madrid (under 35 years of age) who, despite having financial solvency, do not have enough savings to obtain a mortgage.
