From the Association of Owners of Rental Homes (Asval) they affirm that «the supply of rental housing is being reduced due to the existing legal uncertainty in Spain. The approval of measures such as the limitation of rent increases to 2% or the price controls included in the Housing Law, generate distrust in owners and investors.
