The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Compensation Board of Valdecarros has approved the Project for the Reparcelación of properties contributed and resulting from the new development of Madrid. The owners have reached an agreement on how to distribute the future lots, which will allow, once municipal approval is obtained, to start the construction of the more than 51,000 homes in the future Madrid neighborhood.
